Ombria Resort – Viceroy show flat offers a first glimpse

In the south of Portugal, situated approximately 16 kilometres north of Faro, a first-class resort is being built in the heart of the hinterland. Nestled amidst the rolling countryside of the Algarve and surrounded by unspoilt nature, where evergreen trees and clear rivers go hand in hand all year round, lies the Ombria Resort.

This holistic resort, lovingly and sensitively integrated into the natural surroundings, will in future comprise not only the five-star Viceroy Hotel but also 65 apartments and 12 Alcedo villas.

Since mid-October, the show flat has been bringing the unique concept of the Ombria Resort to life. The turnkey one- and two-bedroom apartments are fully furnished and fitted to the highest standard with branded fixtures and fittings. They feature open-plan kitchens and luxurious living spaces of the highest quality, as well as terraces, private gardens, a swimming pool or a hot tub. The apartments are fully maintained and managed by Viceroy Hotels & Resorts. Owners have access to all the facilities and amenities of the 5-star hotel, including six restaurants, a spa area, a gym, a kids’ club, swimming pools, as well as a concierge service and property management. In addition, investors receive a guaranteed minimum net return of 5 per cent per annum for the first five years, whilst also being able to use the apartment themselves for up to 10 weeks a year.
