Ombria Site Visit

Immersing ourselves in the natural beauty of the Algarve – the Clavis International team went on a site visit to the Ombria Resort, which is currently under construction, and was able to get an overview of developments at the site. It’s great to see how the building site has progressed since our last visit. Together, we worked on the next steps and the design. Discussions with local solicitors also helped to finalise the offer, and the investment, with a guaranteed return of 5 per cent per annum for the first five years, was secured.

We look forward to launching the marketing of this exceptional eco-resort in the heart of the Algarve.
