Das Alpenhaus Katschberg.1640 sits at 1,640 metres above sea level directly on the piste, on the border between the Salzburg Lungau region and Carinthia. The property combines holiday apartments in a contemporary Alpine style with full hotel services - from the wellness area and restaurant through to the management of the properties themselves. Clavis International marketed 34 of the apartments and penthouses.
The building stands on the Katschberghöhe at 1,640 metres, immediately beside the pistes of the Katschberg-Aineck ski area. The operator today runs the aparthotel with 78 apartments for two to eight guests; the units are finished in a modern Alpine design with generous use of timber and each has a balcony or terrace with mountain views.

Das Alpenhaus Katschberg.1640 stands right beside the pistes of the Katschberg-Aineck ski area, on the border between the Salzburg Lungau region and Carinthia. The terrain runs from 1,066 to 2,220 metres and combines wide, relaxed descents with the black Direttissima run. Extensive snowmaking secures winter operation.

The apartments and penthouses are finished in a modern Alpine design with generous timber and sleep two to eight guests, each with a balcony or terrace and mountain views. A year-round destination on the Katschberg
In summer the Katschberg opens onto an extensive network of hiking and mountain trails across the Lungau and Carinthia. Families find indoor and outdoor playgrounds, a large playroom and a dog-friendly concept. Summer guests receive the Lungau Card.
