The resort at a glance

Eden Island is a marina residential development off the east coast of Mahé, the main island of the Seychelles, linked to the mainland by a 300-metre bridge. It comprises apartments, maisons and villas served by private waterways, with a private mooring for every property. The residential offer is complemented by an international deep-water marina, the Eden Bleu Hotel and the Eden Plaza retail and dining precinct. Clavis International handled sales in the German-speaking market.

Eden Island lies off the east coast of Mahé and is connected to the main island by a 300-metre bridge. The capital Victoria is about five kilometres away, and Seychelles International Airport can be reached in roughly ten minutes. The island covers more than 40 hectares and is criss-crossed by over 16 hectares of private waterways.

Eden Island Marina is one of the largest in the western Indian Ocean. More than 1,000 metres of pontoon berths accommodate yachts of up to 120 metres. The entire Seychelles archipelago is directly accessible from here for sailing and diving.

Getting there

The way to the resort

The airport is located on Mahé itself, around 11 km south-east of Victoria — no domestic flight is required. You can reach Eden Island in around 10 minutes, and the other destinations on Mahé in 15 to 40 minutes. A non-stop flight from Frankfurt takes around 10.5 hours.
