February Point is a private, gated resort and residential community on Great Exuma, the main island of the Bahamian Exuma district. The estate covers around 80 acres on Elizabeth Harbour and combines British colonial-style villas with a marina, beach club, spa and tennis courts. It lies a few minutes from George Town. Clavis International handled sales in the German-speaking market.
February Point sits on Great Exuma on Elizabeth Harbour, a few minutes from downtown George Town and around 20 minutes from Exuma International Airport. The resort grounds cover some 80 acres and are organised as a private, gated community. Stocking Island with its beaches lies directly offshore.

Sailing in sheltered Elizabeth Harbour
The Marina Village extends across some five acres in the sheltered natural harbour of Elizabeth Harbour. Floating docks with LED lighting and dry storage boxes provide berths for yachts of up to 150 feet. The Exuma archipelago is an established sailing and diving destination for cay hopping, fishing and diving.

The meeting point right on the water
The Beach Club on the waterfront is the community's central meeting point, with an infinity-edge pool, sundeck and hot tub. It houses a spa offering massage and beauty treatments as well as The Rusty Anchor bar and grille. A fitness facility overlooking Elizabeth Harbour and tennis courts complete the offer.

The resort is characterised by timelessly elegant villas in British colonial style set across some 80 acres. Oceanfront residences and overwater penthouses are offered alongside custom-built homes on individual lots. Many units are let out by their owners as holiday rentals for part of the year.

The way to the resort
There are no direct flights to Great Exuma from Germany; the quickest routes are via Atlanta or Miami. It takes around 20 minutes to get to George Town from the airport.
