The resort at a glance
Minthis is a private residential estate with its own golf course in the hills above Paphos. The site covers around five million square metres within a Natura 2000 protected area at 550 metres above sea level, of which only about three per cent is built on. At its centre are a 12th-century monastery, an 18-hole championship golf course, a spa, a clubhouse and a village square. Clavis International marketed the properties in German-speaking markets.
Minthis sits near Tsada in the hills of the Ezousa wine region, around ten minutes from Paphos, at 550 metres above sea level with views to the Troodos mountains and the Mediterranean. The estate forms part of the European Natura 2000 network; development is limited to roughly three per cent of the land.

18 holes through olive groves and vineyards
The 18-hole championship course was laid out by Donald Steel in 1994 and later reworked by Mackenzie & Ebert. It measures 5,902 metres at par 72 and runs past the historic monastery. The signature hole is the par-three 15th, with the only island green in Cyprus; the club holds repeat GEO certification.

Five million square metres within a Natura 2000 area
The estate covers around five million square metres of olive groves, vineyards and maquis at 550 metres above sea level, of which only about three per cent is built on. Development is arranged as individual neighbourhoods rather than a single settlement. Masterplan and architecture by Woods Bagot and WATG take their cues from traditional Cypriot building forms.

From the estate's own gardens to the table
Around the Plateia, with its boutiques and amphitheatre, gather the clubhouse restaurant, restaurant Amaracus, a cocktail bar and a wine cava. The kitchen is shaped by Alain Ducasse training and draws on the estate's own agriculture of olive oil, honey, fruit, herbs and wine.
