Five buildings on the water
One Bayview is a top-end residential project on Mahé, the main island of the Seychelles, right on the water with its own yacht marina and only minutes from the capital Victoria. The developer is Seychelles-based Angel Fish Property Development; the architecture comes from Feigin Architects of Tel Aviv with EkoArkitek, the interiors from ARA Design of London.

The way to the resort
The airport is located on Mahé itself, around 11 km south-east of Victoria — no domestic flight is required. You can reach Eden Island in around 10 minutes, and the other destinations on Mahé in 15 to 40 minutes. A non-stop flight from Frankfurt takes around 10.5 hours.
