The resort at a glance

Pangia Beach is a beachfront residential development on Mahé, the main island of the Seychelles, with its own private marina. Four buildings linked by garden walkways hold 25 apartments and four penthouses, designed by South African architecture practice SAOTA. Completed in 2019, the project has won two of the international property industry's leading awards. Clavis International handles sales in the German-speaking market.

The four buildings are connected by pedestrian walkways through a tropical garden and open towards the beach and the private marina. The development sits on Mahé between the capital Victoria and the international airport, within sight of the Sainte Anne Marine National Park and minutes from the shops and restaurants of Eden Plaza.

Getting there

The way to the resort

The airport is located on Mahé itself, around 11 km south-east of Victoria — no domestic flight is required. You can reach Eden Island in around 10 minutes, and the other destinations on Mahé in 15 to 40 minutes. A non-stop flight from Frankfurt takes around 10.5 hours.
