The resort at a glance

PURE Hinterthal comprises 18 chalet apartments in two detached buildings in the mountain village of Hinterthal. The project was created through the redevelopment of the former Hotel Simonhof, located directly next to the ski lift. Units range from around 55 to 185 m² and are connected by a shared underground garage. Clavis International handled sales to private buyers; the project is fully sold.

The two buildings stand at Mittlere Sonnleiten above Hinterthal, a hamlet of Maria Alm am Steinernen Meer. Hinterthal belongs to the Hochkönig ski region, which links Maria Alm, Dienten and Mühlbach. The site faces south with open views of the surrounding mountains.
