The resort at a glance
PURE Warth comprises 33 apartments directly on the slopes of Warth am Arlberg. The property was completed in July 2019 with full resort infrastructure: restaurant, bar and lobby as well as a spa with a heated outdoor pool. The scheme was co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund. Clavis International handled sales; the project is fully sold.
The property is located at Warth 84, directly at the slopes and lifts of the Warth-Schröcken ski area near the Tyrolean border. Warth-Schröcken is linked to Lech Zürs by the Auenfeldjet gondola and is therefore part of the Ski Arlberg area. The buildings are clad in natural stone and timber and face south towards the mountains.

Directly on the slopes
33 apartments sit directly on the slopes and lifts of the Warth-Schröcken ski area, one of the most snow-reliable regions in the Alps. Via the Auenfeldjet gondola the property connects to Lech Zürs and the Ski Arlberg area. In summer the region serves as a base for hiking and cycling.

A fully equipped resort
Shared infrastructure includes a restaurant, bar and lobby as well as a sun terrace. The spa comprises a relaxation area, sauna, steam bath and infrared cabin, complemented by a heated outdoor pool facing the mountains. Operations were run by a professional on-site operator.

Natural stone and timber
