The resort at a glance
Le Domaine de Saint Endréol is a golf and spa resort in the Var, set between Provence and the Côte d'Azur. Across roughly 150 hectares it combines an 18-hole golf course, a 2,000-square-metre spa and a four-star hotel residence with homes built in the Provençal tradition. The residential element has been delivered in successive phases. Clavis International handled sales of the apartments, townhouses and villas in the German-speaking market.
The estate covers some 150 hectares of countryside at the foot of the Rocher de Roquebrune, crossed by the river Endre that gives it its name. Hotel residence, spa, tennis court and clubhouse sit at the centre of the site, with the housing grouped along the golf course.

18-hole golf among pines and ponds
Designed by Michel Gayon and opened in 1992, the course follows the rolling terrain along the Endre, past ponds and mature pines within sight of the Rocher de Roquebrune. It measures 5,883 metres at par 72 and is playable year-round. Every hole has its own character, with the low-lying green at the 13th calling for particular care.

2,000 m² spa and four-star residence
The spa opens across 2,000 square metres onto the Provençal landscape, combining an indoor pool, hydrojet circuit, hot tub, saunas and a hammam. The four-star hotel residence sits at the heart of the resort between golf course, tennis court and spa, while the restaurant and clubhouse bar have terraces overlooking the fairways.

Provençal living across some 150 hectares
La Motte lies between Provence and the Côte d’Azur, around 50 kilometres from Cannes and about 20 kilometres from the sandy beaches near Fréjus. Across an estate of some 150 hectares, the housing is grouped along the golf course. The properties marketed ranged from apartments, townhouses and villas of 40 to 231 square metres, each built in the traditional Provençal style with timber terraces and pale blue shutters.
