The resort at a glance
The Landings St. Lucia sits on the Pigeon Island Causeway directly on Rodney Bay on the north-west coast of the Caribbean island. The resort is an all-suite property: villa suites with one to three bedrooms, full kitchens, living areas and generous terraces, many of them with a private plunge pool. Its centrepiece is the resort's own yacht marina, complemented by a beach club, spa and sports facilities. Clavis International handled sales in the German-speaking market.
The resort occupies a headland between Rodney Bay and the Pigeon Island Causeway on St. Lucia's north-west coast. Beach, marina and resort facilities sit side by side; suites are grouped into beachfront, ocean view and marina view categories.

Ownership with a Resort Share
All units are privately owned, and every owner also holds a share in the beach, marina, spa, pools and other communal facilities. Suites not in personal use can enter the resort's rental programme. Realised at around USD 250 million, the project was St. Lucia's first private residential yacht-harbour community.
