An excellent holiday home: 5 stars for the Beach Apartments at the Bades Huk holiday resort
Spacious, comfortable accommodation in a unique natural setting – that’s a holiday in a class of its own! With this in mind, the accommodation standards and range of services at the 77 Beach Apartments at the Bades Huk holiday resort on Wismar Bay were recently awarded the highest classification by the German Tourism Association (DTV): 5 stars!
“We are absolutely delighted with this special recognition! It is a tourism award that fills both us and the region with pride, as the unique natural surroundings of Wismar Bay have been and remain the source of inspiration for every Beach Apartment,” emphasises resort specialist Hamid M. Farahmand. “The theme of nature is becoming increasingly important in holiday property development. Particularly at a time when tourists are seeking a place of retreat, this theme also plays a key role in architecture and interior design. Sweeping views are something many people long for.”
The architecture and fittings of the 77 modern Beach Apartments follow a high-quality design concept, with the layout and interiors inspired by the unique characteristics of the surrounding area. Sweeping views of the surrounding coastal landscape, a maritime yet clean-lined aesthetic wherever you look, and the highest level of comfort make every beach apartment a unique holiday home. A modern fitness and wellness area with sauna facilities, as well as car parking spaces and free Wi-Fi, round off the stay to create the perfect all-round package. Just a few steps away are the marina, the beach, the golf course, an outdoor playground and restaurants.
“The high-quality fittings in the Beach Apartments are evident down to the very last detail – and that is what guests appreciate. That is exactly what we want to offer guests with our concept – a level of comfort that stands out,” emphasises the property expert. Clavis International was in charge of fitting out the apartments. Creative director Silva Eddicks of Clavis International carefully selected every item and brought them together to form a harmonious whole.
The 5-star rating awarded to the Beach Apartments is also a source of pride for the mayor of Hohenkirchen, Jan van Leeuwen: “High-quality tourism is a key economic driver for the region. We are delighted that the diversity of nature, the restful tranquillity and the natural charm of the Baltic Sea coast are fully realised in this high-quality accommodation, and that this has now been recognised with the top rating of this coveted quality seal.”
