Bades Huk – Progress on the building site

The Bades Huk holiday resort is continuing to take shape.

The structural work, including the extensions, has been completed on all 17 holiday homes, and all the roofs have been re-tiled. The first houses are currently being plastered on the outside and prepared for painting.

A range of interior fitting-out works are currently underway simultaneously. Painters, plumbers and floor fitters are working in almost all the holiday homes. As a result, the first floors have already been laid and even the first bathrooms have been installed.

In the sauna and fitness building, the windows are next to be fitted, whilst work is beginning inside on the electrical systems and the connection of the underfloor heating.

But it’s not just the Bades Huk building site that’s buzzing with activity; things are also hotting up next door on the golf course. Modernisation work has been in full swing since August, so that golfers can soon once again enjoy a unique golfing experience right by the Baltic Sea. You can get a glimpse of this in the new video.
