Bades Huk – Holiday resort gets off to a flying start!
The Bades Huk resort in Hohen Wieschendorf opened in July 2021 and couldn’t have got off to a better start! The 77 apartments were fully booked right through to autumn.
The apartments have been on sale as an investment property since 2020, and 92 per cent of the holiday properties have now been sold as part of the management scheme. The Bades Huk operating company, to which the owners have leased their properties, handles the letting and marketing of the 77 units. Benefits for owners: they don’t have to worry about a thing and can spend up to 10 weeks a year holidaying in their own flat, enjoying the luxury of the various services on offer. On top of this, the operating company pays a minimum monthly rent and, at the end of the year, distributes the proceeds from holiday lettings.
The resort concept not only offers an all-inclusive, worry-free package for owners, but holidaymakers also benefit from a wide range of amenities. As well as a sauna and fitness centre, bike hire (including e-bikes) and yoga classes right on the beach, holidaymakers are also offered a shop selling fresh bread rolls, groceries for everyday needs and lovely holiday souvenirs, as well as a reception for a personal welcome and spa treatments for moments of relaxation by the Baltic Sea. All situated right on the Baltic coast, surrounded by a bird sanctuary and nature reserve, a marina and a golf course.

The final units are expected to be sold by spring. However, this will not mark the end of the Bades Huk project for Clavis International. Plans are already in place to expand the resort.
