A great start to the new year for CLAVIS!
Clavis International has been named ‘BEST PROPERTY AGENT 2023’ by the property magazine BELLEVUE. This is the third time the Hamburg-based consultancy has received this prestigious quality seal, thereby once again underlining its unique position in the national and international holiday property market. The independent panel of experts assesses estate agents on the basis of professionalism, experience, specialist knowledge, objective advice, market knowledge, an attractive portfolio of properties, a comprehensive range of services and reliability.
“We are honoured that our company has once again been recognised as BELLEVUE BEST PROPERTY AGENT this year. It is a testament to our sustained success, our professional expertise and the high quality of our services,” explains Silva Eddicks of Clavis International.
With the largest portfolio of 4–5-star holiday properties in Europe, Clavis International also offers a comprehensive range of services for clients and various stakeholders in the property sector.
“Demand for high-yield investment properties – whether for letting or owner-occupation – has grown in recent years; the holiday property market holds great potential for breaking new ground and establishing a new approach to service,” emphasises Managing Partner Hamid M. Farahmand. “The pandemic has had a significant impact on holiday behaviour and travellers’ needs. In addition to the quality of our services and in-depth market knowledge, clients benefit from our many years of international experience in the resort property sector. The trend towards the resort concept is becoming increasingly important in Germany. As such, the development and implementation of a comprehensive holiday and management concept, alongside innovative marketing approaches and integrated marketing, sales and communications strategies, form just as much a part of our company’s portfolio as the interior design of resorts and residences.
BELLEVUE, Europe’s largest property magazine, has been awarding the BELLEVUE BEST PROPERTY AGENTS quality seal to recommended property companies from around the world since 2006. The award is regarded as the only independent quality seal in the property services sector and enjoys a considerable reputation – both nationally and internationally.
